DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Should have good product knowledge on interiors and furniture. -Source, screen and facilitate retail sales opportunities. Provide Customer Service/ Support, Product Description, variants and features to theCustomer/client. Assist the Customer/ client in customization of products. Bridging between the customer and the Brand for customizations Maintain the inventory of stock for particular brand and replenishments. Follow up of the delivery, dispatch and installations of products through Merchandiser and technicians Post sales service-Greeting guests upon arriving in our showroom and learning their motivation for their visit; really getting to know them and developing long-term relationships. -The Luxury Furniture Brand Manager has the primary responsibility to maximize sales volume by growing existing business, developing new business and providing the best possible customer service while enhancing -To take care of the sales activities of our High End furniture showroom. -Assisting customers in nancing, purchasing, delivery and ultimate satisfaction -Understand customers requirement and help them with the available options. -Assisting & Helping customers in the decision making process.-Presenting and discussing various home furnishings product options based upon your discovery of the Prospective clients lifestyle, needs and goals -Taking care of operations and administration of showroom.-Cross selling other related furniture. -Responsible for achieving overall sales revenue & target.-Maintain Customer database & do continuous follow up with the customers
