We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow brands reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insightsCreate the brand awarenessShould have good knowledge of POP materials , News paper ads etcShould be able to negotiate with vendorsLead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take actionTake brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up toTranslate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategiesEstablish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimatesMeasure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Coach the team and get the best from everyoneMonitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issuesOversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategyMonitor product distribution and consumer reactionsAnticipate bottlenecksBrainstorm new and innovative growth strategiesAlign the company around the brands direction, choices and tacticsEducationMust be Masters degree programs in brand marketing or in business with a concentration in marketing. Expert knowledge about brand marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.RequirementsMinimum 5 yrs relevant exp in brand managing and LaunchingShould be willing to travel if require (MUST)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong research and analytical skillsComfort with CRM softwareIn-depth understanding of the company s current products and future conceptsA willingness to listenAbility to think creatively and innovativelyBudget-management skills and proficiencyProfessional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the fieldAnalytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challengesFamiliarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.Drive for results and leaderships skillsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixHighly creative with ability to think out of boxExperience in identifying target Consumers and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivateProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive managementStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesComfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets (If require)Excellent command of the English languageMS degree in Branding or a related field
