Responsibilities# Event Management and Advertising Campaigns Plan various events for marketing communications and trucks business such as road shows, seminars, VIP visits, direct mails # Media Communication (Marketing) Plan and implement PR and media campaigns with respect to Volvo trucks, design relevant content and provide to agencies, build relations with the media, co-ordinate with internal positions for media interaction and coverage # Online Communications/Web Management Create and update website architecture and content periodically, in order to provide up to date company information to the stakeholders. # External Mailers/Customer Magazine Plan and prepare an external newsletter for communication with customers, media, financers and other business associates # Internal communication Create and implement various internal communication programs; collate inputs from various functions; prepare news-letter and other internal communications; distribute information to all employee # Merchandise Identify new merchandise material, create branding as per standard, work with other BU / BA for standardization of merchandise # Brand awareness Spread brand awareness within the organization in line with the brand platform. Establish this basis across the organization - as a continuous process which helps the company align, internalize and implement the same via their activities. # Brand Identity Monitor adherence to brand identity across the organization, identify gaps and coordinate with concerned positions for closure, guide peers across BU / BA w.r.t corporate branding do's and don'ts # Brand Survey & Position Localize the Brand instrument for trucks w.r.t Indian context and coordinate for administration, interpret results generated by the survey and provide to the business for further analysis and action planning, coordinate administration of the brand survey in India # Event Management for Dealer conferences, workshop inaugurations, ARC, Family get-together etcCompetencies1. Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
