The role involves Handling - Guest visits, Business travel arrangements, Team Events & Exit formalitiesManaging new/contractor hiring formalitiesPreparing SOW, liaison with Supply management and vendorsSupport team in American Express card applications and Concur claimsDo bookings for conference rooms, set up meeting schedules and send meeting invitesWork with relevant IT team to arrange Video Conference callsDo stationery managementMaintain repository and database of Service Orders , MPPs and HeadcountsArrange for temporary access card / guest passProvide various reports requested by CRES/HR/Site Management/ GC Management etc. You Offer...Strong written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility and openness to thinking "out of the box" so as to provide innovative solutionsShould be a good team playerAs the candidate will be dealing with many stake holders in the firm on a regular basis, he or she will need to have a professional manner with good interpersonal skills . Candidate will be required to produce high quality work under pressure and to tight deadlinesCandidate should be pro-active and possess the initiative to drive projects and matters forward to resolution.
