Analysis for complex projects spanning multiple business or technology areasProvides analytical perspective to the business throughout the SDLC processRequires the management and maintenance of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) for Global Cash Management applications and the various interfaces they connect toWorking on multiple industry standards like SWIFT, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, SAP and ISO 20022 XML formatsWorking on flat files (positional, delimiter and tagged), SWIFT messages, custom file formatsProvides functional solution based on client requirementsTeamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to details and good communication skills are a mustExperience working with Global teamsKey ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and interpret Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and providing feedback on key functionalities and technical feasibilityAnalyze and translate BRDs into Functional Requirements Document (FRD)Review, analyze, and interpret financial industry standard file formats (ISOXML, EDIFACT, ANSI, SAP, SWIFT messages, etc.)Perform mapping from industry standards to Citi proprietary formats or databaseAdhere to the requirements processes as well as SDLC to gather, write and maintain FRDsConduct FRD walkthroughs for multiple teams (Development, Quality Control, User Acceptance Testing, Training, Market Readiness and Operations) to explain new and enhanced functionalityCreate or update customer documentationInvestigate production issues (Level 3 support)Create and run SQL Queries for investigationDevelop prototypes and Business Use Case Scenarios to facilitate the gathering and documentation of requirementsAct as subject matter expert on requirements issues for all phases of the SDLCProvide estimate and communicate cross-functional impact to ensure complete estimateUtilize the approved tools to maintain and develop FRDsWork with cross functional teams across multiple countries and time zonesKey ChallengesThe candidate must be extremely results oriented and focusedTimelines are aggressive and the candidate should welcome the challengeCandidate will be working on global applications; he/she should be flexible to work with regional SMEs in different time zonesThis project is mandated by customer commitments so timely, high quality results are requiredCandidate should understand and grasp new applications and file formats quicklyUnderstand distributed systems and work on enterprise level solutions QualificationsBachelors degree in Technology/Engineering or Computer Science related8 years minimum prior experience as Business AnalystKnowledge on file formats (Positional, Delimiter and tagged)Experience in industry financial productsFunctional knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems Knowledge on payments, collections and treasury paymentsExperience in supporting external clients which includes attending calls, conducting product demos and help triage client issuesExperience in preparing specifications and solution documents for clientsMust be able to work independently with minimum supervisionKnowledge in Corporate banking and Cash ManagementGood analytical and writing skillsAbility to pay attention to detailsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to multitaskExcellent proficiency of MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPointAbility to create and interpret SQL queries and related software (SQL Developer)Functional knowledge of Blue Print, DOORS, Quality Center
