Job Duties/ ResponsibilitiesManagement ReportingPerforms financial reporting, analysis and budgeting and related activities for all the Investment Management groupsDevelop and use tools to provide management reporting Gather and scrub Personnel, Expenses, Performance Data, Benchmark, AUM and Revenue etc. to include in monthly reportingDistribute management reports to business users in a timely manner Supporting the quarterly presentations for IM groups and supporting groupsWork closely with the team and business partners to resolve any issues and ensure to continuous follow-up for the source files, so that the SLAs are not impacted on delivery of the MO&P reports Work with management to develop policy, workflow and technology best practices, identify issues and develop creative solutionsOther ReportingLAM Reporting-Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports using FACTSET, Bloomberg and internal source filesLife Settlements-Updating the Illustration and Pricing the policies based on Life Expectancy of the insured and Illustration of the policyFund Profitability-Reviewing the Profitability box of the each PM group with the Master Methodology sheet to identify any differences and cause for the variance and make the necessary changes-Preparing the metrics for Shared services departments expense allocation-Updating the database with Monthly inputs of Key Metrics-Verifying the expense allocation by preparing the paper models using the Key Metrics OtherPerform any other adhoc request or any other duties as requested by Supervisor Updating the workflows according to the current process and update the changes on-going basisQualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelors / Master s degree in accounting, finance or related field with 3 to 5 years of experienceMutual Fund Industry knowledge will be an added advantage Management ReportingWindows and MS Office (Excellent in advance excel skills, Access Database and MS Power Point) ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Understanding of business concepts, finance & accounting principles, budgeting, reconciliation. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to deliver excellent results within the established timeframes while managing multiple priorities.Must be flexible and adaptable. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Ability to work independently; excellent analytical and self-motivational skills; excellent advocacy and persuasive skills. Ability to comprehend verbal and written instructions.Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to organize, prioritize work and coordinate the work of others.Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with field personnel and outside business associates in the course of performing assigned duties.
