Principal Accountabilities Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of for our clientsAnalyze business requirements and develop functional requirements/design, clearly stating project scope Act as liaison between our clients and CRM manager in all areas of support and enhancementsInteract daily with client s business and technical staff to understand processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistencyRecommend changes in development, maintenance and standards Prepare and perform data conversion requirements and identify current data gaps Effectively identify and communicate opportunities for extended services to managementKeep updates on changes to business applications with regard to updates, upgrades and service patches as needed. Ability to serve as a administrator (day to day user support) and maintain the integrity of the system.Establish and manage a governance and change management model for Salesforce implementations and use to maintain the integrity, reliability and security of the system. Work with support to coordinate additional tasks.Evaluate new tools as they become available on the platform. Serve as a knowledge resource for capabilities and best practices and working closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of CRMReview and understand general business drivers and context for development projects and assist business users and others in defining required features and mapping salesforce features to business processes. Work with a geographically distributed, multi-cultural and world-wide team.Define the configuration required to support functional and non-functional requirements and business processes. Prepare formal project documentation, including technical approach, specifications, requirements summaries, design and configurations.Create and manage implementation and integration plans and lead all technical aspects of projects developed Train other software developers, system administrators, program managers, consultants and other staff in system best practicesPrepare and present user manual and training documentations and conduct users and administrators training session as needed.Required Knowledge and Experience Ability to work independently, to make critical decisions without supervision and to work under pressure. Musts have a strong work ethic and a high judgment level. Excellent understanding of configuration and administrationExcellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills Detailed, organized, and results-orientedAbility to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience Experience with required2+ years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT 2+ years experience as a functional analyst implementing CRM systemsAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment Familiar with full project life cycle from requirements through deploymentStrong understanding of systems and business processes Basic understanding and experience working with application data and data relationshipsAdvanced knowledge of MS-Office applications
