The Business Writer, Associate Manager, within Company's Marketing Services content team is responsible for conceptualizing and developing high-quality strategic messaging and writing a variety of content for marketing campaigns. Deliverable typically have tight deadlines and, therefore, the position requires strong writing skills, business understanding, research skills, content management and an ability to work well under pressure. Delivery as well as execution is important to us.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic and compelling content for Company's marketing campaigns based on Company's work with clients, such as credentials, brochures, online portal content, video scripts, infographics, articles, thought leadership pieces, website content conceptualization and writing, digital campaign content, social media content, as well as internal communication pieces, postcards, mailers and newsletters. Manage multiple projects across a range of industry and business groups.Provide direction, review and manage the deliverable for junior resources as team lead/guide and mentor reporter, and share accountability with them.Work in close consultation with cross-functional colleagues and supervisor (content team leads and content skill lead) to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverable.Proactively seek regular feedback from program owners, coworkers and supervisor on deliverable and performance.Manage project timelines efficiently and be accountable.Skills Required Strong writing ability tailored to the needs of business writing. Should be able to develop communication thatIs in line with Company nomenclature and messaging.Reflects Company's entity-specific messaging. Has an engaging, active tone while being authoritativeIs well-structured.Is impact-full, memorable and persuasive, and gets the job done.Ability to distill and construct key messages from discussions with the client team, including senior leadership and SMEs, and/or from secondary research, and translate those messages into impact-full content.Ability to adapt writing to different mediums of communication, business entities or industries.Good understanding of marketing campaigns.Ability to quickly understand Company's businesses, brand and style.Ability to develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage, guide and coach a team.Ability to work under pressure with colleagues across several time zones.Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues.Strong client-centricity and interpersonal skills.Ability to drive results for team and stakeholders.
