We are currently looking for very dynamic professionals who are having extensive experience of working with BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING (BCP) OR EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN (ERP). The incumbent should be proficient in Advance MS Excel & PowerPoint for the purpose of Reporting, Data Management, Data Representation, etc. as a part of Global Security Support for the organization. Global Security is the in-house security function for the organization.The position lies with one of our very reputed UK based client having its office in Gurgaon. Our client is a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. Currently our client is hiring for their GURGAON office for the position of LEAD ANALYST / SUPERVISING ANALYST GLOBAL SECURITY SUPPORT. Ideal candidate will be an MBA / Post Graduate from a reputed institute with 3.5 to 7 years of post MBA / PG experience. Interviews for this position are being conducted on immediate basis.Purpose of Position Working under the direction of the Global Security leadership team and GDS RMS Global Security team, the incumbent would be part of a newly set up Global Security Support team and will support GDS RMS team overall coordination of emergency preparedness and response and business continuity planning activities globally.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesService DeliverySupport the development, maintenance and testing of Emergency Response Plans (ERPs)Support the development, maintenance and testing of Business Continuity Planning (BCPs)Participate in ERP and BCP training and discussions as requestedCollaborate with key personnel from functions such as Security, Technology, Facility and Admin, Talent team and other relevant teams Assist in the preparation of technical documents as necessary (Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, test plans, etc.)Assist with the support of response and recovery activities during business interruption eventsAssist in ERP and BCP exercise development and delivery and similar processes when requestedSupport the preparation and delivery of training and awareness materialsHigh availability required due to nature of rolePerform other duties, as assignedEducation& ExperienceMaster degree from a reputed collegeTotal work Experience of 3.5 to 7 years and an exposure to emergency and/or business continuity planning is preferredExhibits flexibility and self-confidenceExposure to global projects preferredGood project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter with attention to detail
