Acquiring leads through referencing, Social Networking and Cold calling.Following up with leads on a regular basis, building rapport and gaining an understanding of their Manpower requirements.Negotiating Terms & conditions with the client.Following up with the client on a regular basis to ensure that their requirements are being closed in a timely manner and liasoning with them as and when required.Excellent communication skill, both oral and written.Should have experience to meet new clients independently
