Identify and Develop new clients for Contactx Acquiring new green field projects , MNC start ups, exclusive contracts for their hiring needs Meeting New/ Oldclients and developing strong relationship for mining the accounts well. Ensure growth In Revenue from each Key Account Quarter on Quarter Working towards making Contactx brand as best hiring partners in the Region. Target to Middle, senior and top level positions . .To qualify the account and positions well before giving it to respective team leader. To ensure that positions given to team are really closable and clients are serious about having people on board. To ensure that 7 on 10 requirements generated by you are closed on Contactx. To study the market well and identify the companies where recruitment is going on heavily. To generate clients which are minimum 100 cr + turnover or more than 100 employees or MNC start ups. PROFILE Should be from service recruitment industry. Should have handled corporate sales Should have strong network in the industry. Should have strong business sense and target oriented. Should have great ability to connect with senior people in the industry. Should have excellent written and verbal communication. Should be a good team player.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
