BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (within staffing Industry)
Responsibilities: Execute talent recruitment and sourcing strategies for the organization utilizing a combination of traditional recruiting, social media, recruitment marketing campaigns and deep net sourcing.Conducts customer strategy planning meetings, resume screening, interviews, consensus meetings as needed and oversee interview scheduling and offer process management.Responsible for identifying and leveraging talent market intelligence to design sourcing strategies including supply/demand data (regional and domestic), employer brand, talent mapping and insights on the expectations, attitudes and behaviors of today's workforce.Partnering with the recruiting team on the latest social media, internet recruitment, search string foundations, targeted in mail messaging and other evolving recruitment/sourcing strategies.Partner with recruiters and business stakeholders across lines of business to identify key requirements for recruiting/internet utilization and positioning Adhere to key performance indicators, analytics, and reporting metrics to gauge success Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales Gaining a clear understanding of organization businesses and requirements Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues. Salary: AED 4500 - AED 5000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business, Human Resources.Minimum 5+ years Sales experience preferred within Staffing Industry Proven experience managing candidate pipelining, negotiation and closing techniques Experience with internet search, cold calling, eliciting referrals, direct recruiting and social media.Proven ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism and continued focus on success.
