Prospecting & Cold Calling US / UK / Canada based ClientsSelling Outsourcing solutions (Call Center Services, Software Services etc.) to enterprises in the assigned territoryLeveraging and managing alliances/partnerships to offer enhanced value to the clientUnderstand offshore Outsourcing platforms to craft solutions to match customer needsLead Generation - Sales ClosureAnswering Inbound Inquiry CallsMaintains customer records by updating account informationIdentify quality sales leads from the Off-Shore market through internet research/listsProspecting and Cold CallingRequired CompetenciesExcellent organization, writing and communication skillsStrong prospecting and cold calling skillsAbility to understand customers' industry and core business processesNeutral or US AccentExperience in Consulting and interactions with C-level executivesNegotiation SkillsMust have good listening skills & should be a self-motivated personProficient in using MS office, Good typing skillsA minimum of 2 year experience in Business to Business Sales experience
