BRICSA CONSULTING PVT LTD , a B2B events and conferences company, is looking for a Delegate Sales / Business Development Executives to join our successful team.Our Conferences are major industry gatherings focusing on strategy, innovation and technology across the globe.Job Location Andheri EastJob DescriptionResponsible for delegate acquisition for conferences doing research and calling up prospects.Fostering positive customer relationships and internal relationships with all our event and conferences partners.Matching the benefits of the event and conferences to each target market profileUsing the sales plan daily to track calls, industries, profiles, sales and other information gained.Consistently meeting daily KPIs (call rates) and monthly revenue.Identify and explore new sales leads.Candidate RequirementFresher or having 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales environment.Passionate, self motivated and business minded, with strong business acumen.Superior written and verbal communication skills.Interpersonal relationship management and networking skills.Planning/time management/self-organization and self-discipline.Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Innovative & creative.Dependable - takes responsibility for own actions, keeps commitments.The joining date should be clearly adhered to and in case of a notice period to be served, it should be informed in advance.We offer an attractive salary plus uncapped commission & benefits to the right candidate.
