Job DescriptionKey Responsibility Areas Develop, coordinate and implement sales strategies to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities. Establish customer needs by building rapport and using effective questioning techniques in order to match to service offerings. Research and build networks through various social media channels. Attend events and exhibitions to build the sales pipeline Cold calling and prospecting as a part of building an ideal sales pipeline Complete quotes and liaise with internal stakeholders as and when required. Identify opportunities for campaigns, networking channels that will lead to an increase in sales. Showcase the company s capabilities, benefits, and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place. Responsible for other duties including sales presentations, writing sales propositions and adding to existing marketing materials. Make regular contact with current clients to ensure the development and maintenance of a strong relationship and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to these clients. Working with Sales and Marketing Leader to create and implement unique marketing strategies. Maintain a high ethical, compliance and moral standards at all times when dealing with the prospects.Competencies Excellent presentation and communication skills. Negotiation skills Ability to communicate at multiple levels. Proven ability to network and develop alliances. Go getter who proactively get things done
