Incumbent will be responsible- Working on projects through Architect, Builders and Contractor. To present and demonstrate the premium range of products i.e. Sanitaryware, Ceramics products to the above segment. Build pipeline of premium high end projects through cold calling and through the relationship built with the above influencer segment. Convert the pipeline into sales handling of product specification/Pricing and negotiation for successful closure. Work closely with the channel partners in identifying key influencers and high end residential projects. Giving presentations to Architects / Designers / Builders. Focusing ongrowing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Reviewing product presentationsprepared and presenting to clients as and when required.
