Hiring 5,000 Business Development Managerin every one of 5000 Towns in India- Great Job OpporunityTarget Based Job Should able to distribute elearning product to every student in a district/sub district, and also should able to expand humancapital services to all villages under one district or sub districtTarget 200,000 customers per district should get elearning product license, and every student and every college/ every employees of various companiesSalary 15000 fixed + 3000 PF, ESI Bonus + 1000 internet allowance + 2000 travel allowance + 3% of Sales incentives.Incentives can be earned upto 100 rs per sale,and on achivement of every 1000 distributions = 100,000 incentives apprx. the payment is highly incentivised and very attractive for earning upto 10 laks in a year.Responsibilities at this roleResponsible for Sales, Marketing and client Servicing Managmeent aat the assigned district.Responsible to market skill development and training products based on lynda.com training courses content for 5000 courses.Should able to act for Assigned Area as Sales Incharge.Responsible for Franchise and Partner management and Area Sales Revenue, Profitablility and Business Perfroamnce, BusinessSuccess.Responsible to develop HumanCapital Business in the assigned Area fully as per plan to smallest village with up to 500 people in assigned sub districts. Need to open Employment centers in each village in IndiaResponsible to Identify and appoint franchisees and channel Partners in every City, Town, Village in the subDistrict to open and operate HumanCapital Employment CentersResponsible to Identify and appoint Sales Executives under them at each village in every villageon Commission basis.Responsible to identify and acquire corporate Clients, Institutional Clients, Govt Clients, NGO Clients, Individual clients for Products and Services to generate revenuesResponsible to Identify and appoint Partners, consultants, trainers, in every City, Town, Village in the SubDistrict to work for HumanCapital Management Limited Responsible to facilitate communication and coordination between HumanCapital corporate, Branches, franchises, Partners, consultants, agents and customers for successful delivery of servicesResponsible to generate Leads and convert them into realized salesResponsible to Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries by post, telephone, email, chat and personal visits.Responsible to Maintain and develop existing and new customersResponsible to make sales visits to companies, colleges, offices, stores, shops, and door to door campaigns to important people ( presidents, panchayat members) and make presentation about Products and Services.Responsible for Institutional Sales to visit Institutes in the Area and setup Institutional DesksResponsible for Event Sales conduct Job Fairs/ career Fairs/ Conferences at district levelResponsible to organize Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and carry out nonprofit works as defined by the company.Responsible to sell all companyl products and services to all types of customers.Responsible to Monitor the clients Satisfaction, customer support and service delivery from BranchesResponsible to Monitor the revenues from each client and improve the transaction volume from each clientResponsible to Maintain very good customer relationship managementResponsible to Formulate an overall business development strategy in conjunction with Senior Managementat District Level.Responsible to Monitor and report on activities to General Manager and provide relevant management information, maintain lead records, sales records, reports on provided software and system.Responsible to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.Responsible to attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform dutiesResponsible to build HumanCapital Employment Center Brandas number one in HR, Training and consulting spaceResponsible to contribute to strong HumanCapital Management limited Organization Business and organizational development
