Capable to decide strategy, Goals/Targets, Hire resources, Capable to approach new clients, generate leads, demonstrate Organization capabilities, Negotiation & closure. This position is responsible for handling sales and marketing team and leading them to achieve profitability for the organization. This position will Motivate, encourage and gives practical support to team for generating quality business and also achieving their target set by the organization. The person should create plan and strategy with team to know the potential and focus area for the company. This position is responsible for the sales, marketing and profitability of Digital Group InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. This position will ensure that sales targets and revenue growth as per corporate guidelines are achieved. It is their job to work with the sales team members and managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Digital Group InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them and ultimately create accounts with them that will continue to grow business in the future. Business Development Managers will also help manage existing accounts and ensure they stay healthy and positive. Giving Presentations.Target Market Healthcare, Hospitals, Clinical Research Institutes, Medical Colleges and aligned medical hospitals, biomedical research companies.Soft skills / Other Skills Good in verbal and written English. Must be a Team Player with Positive attitude. Good grasping and learning abilities.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
