Execute and Evaluate ( mail and call) campaigns to improve our effectiveness and penetration into new accountsBuild working relationships with all Sibez Technologies sales channels including inside/outside sales teams, technical teams marketing and other business development teamsEvaluate best practices across the reps /campaign process to share with other reps and business development teamsIdentify new customers for Sibez Technologies services within a given sales territoryDevelop and execute effective campaigns in reaching top level executives and line-of-business (LOB) managers about the benefits of Sibez Technologies servicesParticipate in preparing Sales proposalsBe a key member of Sibez Technologies sales team responsible for demand generation and lead qualification, and overall account penetration strategyResponsible for building sales pipeline key business function is prospecting new accountsAbility to demonstrate time management, strong sales skills and knowledge of Sibez Technologies and the competitionJob demands to work with the US timings. Flexibility to work on Night Shifts is an essential requirement for this positionStrong interpersonal skills - must be able to forge relationship with technical teams, field sales, marketing and other groups within Sibez Technologies CorporationExperience with direct customer interactionMinimum 2-5 years software sales experienceWilling to work at US timings.Strong quantitative, analytical and creative skillsMust be accountable and strive for continuous improvementExcellent verbal and written communication skills able to talk to C-level, LOB executives or technical audiencesAbility to understand customer's industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facingAbility to understand and describe how Sibez Technologies services can address the business issues that customers are facingIntegrate with both inside and Field sales reps to develop account strategyEstablish account presence and build trust with key contactsAbility to work in a team environmentHigh energy, self driven, result-oriented entrepreneurial spiritEnterprise applications knowledge a plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)
