Identify and develop new business opportunities for thecompanyLead and develop staff by identifying training needsDefine and follow up of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and objectivesDevelop and implement strategies for new projectsDetermine new opportunities by analyzing business needsProvide direction, guidance to the department to ensure alignment with the Company s strategiesProvide in-depth consultations for clients while leading them to solutions that are mutually beneficial to both client and vendor Always give best possible solution to our clientsProvide monthly reports to (Operation Manager)OM and CEOHold weekly meetings with (Operation Manager)OMProperly document your account information from lead to saleBring clients in-house for meetings as much as possibleCreate own pipeline to sustain with project numbers
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
