Job DescriptionResponsibilities5-10 years of IT business development experience, 5-plus direct experience in IT services/product marketing; Primarily with USA and/or EUROPE clientsExperience with IT services and product launch and implementationInnovative and aggressive Business lead generation personality (may be through referrals, job portals, etc.)Proven and traceable track record in closing sales, delivering independent financial, competitive and business analyses; excellent contract negotiation skillsLong-term innovative strategic planner; results-driven, superior cross-group collaboration and communication skills and organizational agilitySelf-driven team player with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, business profit and accountability. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Ability to travel.Socially engaging; Blogger; PR person; People reading and meeting; No ego; Customer is first mindedHigh degree of competency with Internet, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High comfort level with latest social networking tools and mobile communications.Studies technology, market and competition on-going basis; Believes in Maisa offered IT services/products; Works with Maisa board to tap into new verticalsTakes pride in launching Maisas services/productsB.A/B.S. minimum
