Lead Generation & Market IdentificationMarket research Measuring market risk like competition, growing customer and market share. Getting leads from various sources. Ensure a strong pipeline by market research & identifying prospective customers. Finding the right markets.Cold CallingCalling prospects in various markets and countries to pitch for digital agency services. Set up calls and meetings with the prospects.End-to-end Sales Responsible for the entire sales process customer acquisition to closure, as well as account management.Account Management Interact with clients and understand their requirements. Maintaining a high level of customer engagement & relationships. Proactive engagement with customers to identify opportunitiesLeverage client satisfaction and client relationship to grow existing accounts.Internal coordinationCommunicate requirements to the delivery team and ensure work is being done as per client expectations. Total liaison & co-ordination with internal delivery teams. Lead from the front with the help of the delivery teams RequirementsMinimum 2 years experience in salesExperience in a DIGITAL AGENCY preferred Experience in multiple international markets preferred (US, UK, UAE, SG, NZ, AUS, IND)Self-motivated, fast paced learners
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
