Develop And Manage All Grain Oriented Electrical Steels Sales Into The Indian Market.Managing daily enquiries and responses.Successful & conclusive negotiations with customers within the market, in relation to volumes and pricesMonitor competitor activity, import statistics and market demand changes for both prime and non prime sales.Monthly market reports detailing local influences such as political and economic factors affecting the utilities and transformer producers.Evaluate local slitting services and developing a strategic plan to develop local slitting expertise to supply local customersJIT materialResponsible to produce an annual Market Report detailing the key end users and core cutters, their current consumptions by grade and quantities bought from each supplier.Support the commercial function through the management of Indian customer accounts, the development of customer service levels through a local service centre strategy and the implementation of marketing activities such as surveys and market monitoring activities.Desired Candidate ProfileBE / B Tech /MBA with 6 to 7 years of post qualification experience in Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management of Steel to the Electrical industryGood understanding of the business product range (Electrical Steels) and systemsA good in-depth knowledge of the transformer market in India, as well as customer technical requirementsGood negotiation skills and a commercial acumenGood grasp of commercial issues and sensitivities that include cultural and market understandingAbility to influence both internal and external customersExcellent numeracy with strong IT skill
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 6-7
