Prepares plans jointly with the MCAs that integrates Products, Solutions, Services, Programs and Supplier Partnerships.Facilitates the development of innovate plans with MCAs and Supplier in order to increase spend and share of spend through each partner.Develops Sales Enable Programs for the MCAS sales and technical staff jointly with internal Product teams.Prioritize MCAS and opportunities with greatest potential for successExecutes revenue plans by brand and by market segment.Implements business plans that achieve agreed revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes. Leverage the MCAs marketing programs jointly with the solutions (presales), product and the Supplier Teams to achieve growth in the customers solutions capabilities.Works closely with internal product teams to develop and deliver technical presentation for MCAs, ensure adequate presales support through Client Solutions teams and help MCAs develop technical presentation, lead, drive and conduct Proof-of-Concepts and Demonstrations. Arrange the necessary training to be delivered to the MCAs sales and technical teams by the Supplier and the clientDrives and reviews opportunity pipeline with each MCAConducts regular business reviews with the MCAs to track progress towards revenue and growth goals and owns execution of business plansMaintains and monitors pipeline and metrics for MCAs, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities. Tracks and initiates specific sales program designed to build sales pipelines for both the Client and the MCAsCoordinates with various internal functions to deliver the agreed outcomes with each MCA. Ensures that engagement with MCAs is of the highest order, proactive and is continuously monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.Closely manages profitability by minimizing profit leaks and maximizing gross profit.
