Customer Relationship Management - To provide excellent client/customer service - Meetings with previous clients - Handling client calls for projects and for regular feedbacks on the performance- Build and leverage relationships with existing clients through proactive, creative and ongoing client service to ensure retention of clientsSales - Generate leads and get business to ensure achievement of sales targets as set by the company periodically - Running sales & marketing operations, increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals- Ability to build relationships with the clients to convert opportunities in sales results Business Development - Gathering the Business requirements through interaction and research- Negotiation and winning the deals Job Specification - Must be open to travel (Once or twice a month).
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
