Achieving sales target for Departmental stores nationally. Organize and manage the sales force to implement strategies outlined in the approved marketing plan. Negotiate and select able prime locations for Triumph s counters in the stores to reflect the brands dominant position. Furnish market intelligence reports on market environment, competitive situation etc to enable the company to be one step ahead of the competition. Monitor retail sales to follow consumer purchase trends. Market visit to direct, motivate and evaluate sales force as well as to cultivate relationship marketing and check on competitive situation. Sales Data Analysis for maximum profitability. Market visit and to ensure the visual display as per the company s guidelines. Analyze retail sales/stock holding situation to identify areas of weakness and implement corrective measures immediately as well as exploit strengths. Base Stock workings for all stores ensuring a healthy replenishment. Monitor overall sales to analyse market trends and initiate appropriate action. Review performance and assist A&P team in organizing activities for promotions. Retention of Sales Advisor. Review for the year and planning for the coming year.Ideal profile Should be a Post Graduate Should have at least 3 years of experience as Key Accounts Management and total 6 years of experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
