Develop and implement an annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives Utilize and adhere to the sales process as outlined by Sales Management Develop prospect list of qualified leads and perform preliminary research to identify clients need and goals Develop creative and cost effective plans to meet client objectives Ensure thorough prospect identification and market penetration for target accounts Update new and existing clients on products and industry changes as needed Prepare periodic sales reporting utilizing company provided system Review and analyze sales performances against quota to determine effectiveness Assist in the coordination of contract negotiations and renegotiations, signing off on all contracts before submittal to the Managing Director, BCD MEETINGS & EVENTS Asia Pacific for signature Make sales presentations, prepare proposals in conjunction with other members of the sales and sales support team and follow through to closure of sale Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, contracts and other marketing-related collateral materials Meet all deadlines Coordinate pricing and service configuration functions with the appropriate BCD Leaders, controller and sales person Maintain detailed records and files documenting new prospect, sold accounts, lost bid, and no bid actions as requested by senior management Forecast opportunities with 100% accuracy Utilize company provided CRM ( to document sales activity Coordinate and participate in, client and prospect functions/activities (tradeshows, conventions, client forums) as necessary and represent BCD in a consultative and professional manner to improve customer knowledge of company products and benefits Direct the efforts of sales events and promotional activitiesStay abreast of industry trends and technology product lines Stay abreast of BCD Travel products and services to ensure you reflect BCD as an integrated travel and meetings agency as required Monitor competitor products, sales and pricing activities and make adjustments in sales approach to maintain a leadership position Maintain a good working relationship with prospective clients and keep them informed of travel trends and updates within the industry Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
