Job Description1) The successful candidate will be responsible for seeking out and developing new business and also support in client servicing and maintain a good working relationship with clientele. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings2) Candidate should have excellent communication skills and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, positive, eloquent and diplomatic helping to shape the growth of the business s future.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing programsExplain to customers how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possibleMaintain assigned account bases while developing new accountsProcess all correspondence and paperwork related to accountsDeliver advertising or illustration proofs to customers for approvalDraw up contracts for advertising work and collect payments dueLocate and contact potential clients in order to offer advertising servicesProvide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or servicesRecommend appropriate s and formats for advertising, depending on medium being usedInform customers of available options for advertisement artwork and provide samplesObtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistanceDetermine advertising medium to be used, and prepare sample advertisements within the selected medium for presentation to customersConsult with company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies in order to develop promotional plansPrepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts using computerIdentify new advertising markets and propose products to serve themWrite copy as part of layoutAttend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars in order to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledgeGather all relevant material for bid processes, and coordinate bidding and contract approvalArrange for commercial taping sessions, and accompany clients to sessionsWrite sales outlines for use by staffExcellent Communication Skillsknowledge of sales principlesRelevant product knowledgeKnowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methodsBasic business administration knowledgePreference Female
