Job DescriptionBusiness DevelopmentMonitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures.Handling the sales of CCTV, Attendence devices, Biometrics, FMSResponsible for generation of business from existing accounts and generation of new accounts.Preparing detailed proposals/quotes as per customer requirements.Prepare documentation of pricing for all the solution offering and secure appropriate approvals before sending commercial proposals to customers.Furnish specifications and any other information required by the customer in formulating/releasing a tender.Regular Follow-up with customer regarding tenders, orders and timely collections.Maintain knowledge and awareness database of competitors products, pricing, discount structures and overall strengths and weaknesses.Maintain updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews with the Reporting Manager/Management.New Market DevelopmentIdentify new market segments and tap profitable business opportunities.Evolve market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve product wise targets.Identify, qualify and pursue business opportunities through market surveys and mapping as per targeted plans as well as through lead generation.Interacting with existing clients for problem rectification and satisfactionHandle client Escalations regarding service issues and resolve it.Maintain good relationships with the OEMs and existing clients.Client Requirement IdentificationIdentifying the requirement of customer.Designing Solution accordingly and presenting the solution in marketable way.Interacting with client for improvement and Deal finalization. And finally closing the deal positively.Identifies issues and disagreements, brings it out, takes positive steps to solve it to facilitate collaborative resolution and strengthen working relationshipsUnderstands needs and expectations, evaluate information, use experience in forming opinions, and evaluate the benefits of alternative solutions and their impact to determine the most appropriate course of actions to achieve goals.Time Management Ability to meet deadlines by recognizing best use of time and working with end results very clearly in mindManaging Incidents end to end Change approvalsProvide high levels of Customer Service while processing inbound calls for both Hardware impacting and Software impacting issues.Create appropriate ticket type with accurate and detailed information and properly route calls to different parts of the organization.Process e-mails from assigned in-boxes throughout the day while maintaining e-mail SLA.Accurately process Change Notifications to customers regarding scheduled maintenance within documented SLAAssist with crafting the internal/external MASS Communications to customersProduce reports to measure performance against service cost, risk, SLA, regulatory & flexibility standards for the service.Analysis of performance reports to identify trends, exceptions and breachesContribute to the successful delivery of committed demand for service growth and expansions.Skills Required1) Good in Communication & Presentation2) Knowledge of CCTV, Attendence devises, Biometrics, FMS3) Ready to work for long term.4) Ready to learn new technology.5) Good at Understanding Technology6) Team Handling expereince
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
