QUALIFICATIONSExcellent communication skills Minimum 3 years of Experience in Selling IT Solutions & Services in US Markets UK/ European Markets experience will also be considered Experience in extensive cold calling & prospectingCandidate must have experience in Selling Staffing ServicesJOB ROLE Make introductory calls and initiate sales process and create presentations and proposalsFollow up and follow through the leads via mails or over phone Pursue conversations potential customers, help them understand about the services we offer and have benefit oriented conversationsSeek new business opportunities through cold calling and networking Would be responsible to nurture new clientsMaintain & harness client relationship Candidate must have relevant experience in developing business for IT Services in the US marketMust have problem solving and analytical ability. Be able to work independently while being a team player Build prospect database and meet or exceed individual sales targetGood communication, presentation and negotiation skills
