Deep thoughtful knowledge of Permanent and ContractStaffing and nuances of India Staffing segment.Build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generationResponsible for Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiations and sign upPrepare businesspresentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams Ensuring X number of Sign- ups at competitive rates across various service offerings forrespective businessesImpacting the company through his/ her efforts, chasing targets & turning around difficult situations and difficult clientsCollating inputs of client specifications and presenting them to the delivery team and ensuring smooth transition of assignmentsCoordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when requiredEffectively & promptly managing Client escalations Ensuring sign-ups into Billable clients generating consistent revenueParticipating & Representing SGC at various ForumsCross Selling our services to various companiesOverall responsible for BusinessDevelopment cycle for all verticals, right from coldcalling to billingEssential Attributes(1) Good Communication skills (2) Effective Negotiation skills (3) An eye for detail & ability to Solve Problems (4) Effective Decision Making (5) Flair for Market Research & gathering Market Intelligence
