Role and ResponsibilitiesBusiness/Department Objectives CCB AssetsCore ResponsibilitiesThe Candidate will be responsible to prospect NTB names in the SME space. The candidate should be proficient in the product suite offered and credit analysis.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesProspect New clients as per CCB TMCollect financials and understand client requirementTo complete credit analysis and propose the deal to Risk team for approvalsHe would be supported by CAU team/Supervisor and business Seniors in this processTo show compelling value to clients and convince clients to bank with CitiFinancial/BudgetaryBD s are expected to acquire at least 12 new clients in year with minimum threshold of USD 25 M per account and acceptable risk.Key DeliverablesTo acquire at least 12 new clients in a yearTo ensure clients are as per CCB TM and acceptable risk and meet minimum revenue threshold and sponsor the creditTo complete all documentation and deferrals pertaining to onboarding a client/takeoverTo handhold the client till the account is migrated to the Relationship teamQualificationsRequiredEducationPost graduateExperienceCredit, Relationship and Business Development experience5-7 years of work experience SME/GTS/Branch BankingUnderstanding of corporate creditKnowledge of Asset/GTS productsCertifications NAPreferredEducation MBA from reputed institutions/CA sExperience Local market knowledge Qualifications
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
