Must have experience of winning new customers.Proven success in winning long-term deals.Proven record of achieving Revenue and profitability targets (new business development) is essential.Good exposure of working in different International Geographies like Europe, USA & CanadaHigh appreciation of market conditions and customer expectations with respect to IT services market.Required to have appreciation & understanding of business model followed by Indian IT companies, and win themes / value propositions.Experience in Sales of Application development(Java,.Net and Microsoft technologies)/ ERPJob DescriptionNew customer acquisition.Development of prospects and Leads.Win long-term, strategic customersMeet Revenue and Customer win targetsLead and drive sales manages / engineers, if any, towards achieving individual targetsTravel to prospect / customer locations (Europe,USA& CANADA) extensively to win new customers.Closely work with the Senior Leadership team of TAAL-Tech to develop strategies/win themes, marketing & branding, new service segments.
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
