Work as a profit center head / Business Head reporting to the MD / CEOand lead the operational functions of the company including Business Development, Exports, Sourcing and RegistrationTake the lead role in developing strategies, policies and procedures to maximize the revenues of the companyEstablish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and developmentMonitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescalesPartner with the CEOto represent the company with external groups, including governmental and private organizations.Liaison with various clearing agencies, freight forwarding agents and Govt. Departments for clearance of Shipments, documentation for export (Pre & Post shipment), DGFT, Custom, Excise, Embassy,RBI etc.Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgetsLiaise with other functional / departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievementsPrepare and submit an annual operational budget to theCEO andCFO for review and approval, manage effectively within this budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.Desired Candidate Profile15 to 25 years of post qualification experience in Agrochemical Export or Chemical Export IndustryPassionate about the company mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy, mission and values of the company to external and internal stakeholdersOutstanding communication skills both verbal and writtenBe flexible and have a can do attitude, Hard ChargerAble to investigate new market opportunitiesProven experience in developing sales strategies, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals.Mature, self motivated and able to work independently under great pressureVery strong technical and project management backgroundExcellent management, problem solving, analytical and decision makingHave strong leadership, entrepreneurial, and business acumen.Ability to inspire by using intelligence, resourcefulness and being creative
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
