Job Summaryw This role provides support to the International Transfer Agency in the clean up of data related to TA business focuses and maintenance of Service and Operations User Access rights on the TA system.w Provision of effective administrative support to the Transfer Agency department through excellent, cost-effective customer service.w Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and/or external customers.w Maintain a general knowledge base for all business focuses. Work is performed in partnership with TA team members and other business units, and work may support multi-site needs.w Assignments are of moderate scope and complexity where initiative, attention to detail, and independent judgment are required.w Development and provision of new regulatory and management reportingw The role works under the general direction of the Data Integrity Supervisor and works closely with Data Integrity Representatives. Job Duties/ ResponsibilitiesData cleanupsw Conducts data cleanups on historical data to allow the business to exploit all service opportunities offered by technology. Housekeeping reportsw Checks system generated housekeeping reports to maintain data integrity.Monitoring and reporting on Systems usagew Ensures consistency of system use in line with Policies and Procedures Ongoing related responsibilitiesw Manage Email/Voicemailw Participate in team/division meetingsw Facilitate team meetingsw Plan, schedules and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Financial services experience required Ability to effectively manage work in a multi-site, cross-cultural and cross-functional environment Experience of cross site and cross cultural initiatives an advantage Good knowledge of TA Systems and processes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Strong PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products Proficient in written and spoken English Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Analytical, organizational, and administrative skills Strong customer service focus Strong attention to details and quality Ability to take initiative and work under pressure in a changing/growing environment Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills Must be results driven
