Roles and Responsibilities? Pitching company?s services? Approaching prospect through calling, emails and meetings? Identifying terms of improvement.? Developing quotes and proposals.? Negotiating and re-negotiating by phones and emails.? Creating action plan for implementation.? Creating perfect alignment with Business and sales plan.? Maintain fruitful relationship with existing clients.? Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.? Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.? Articulate customer propositions in terms of the advantages a prospect will gainand linking these as benefits to expressed business challenges.? Structure the working month to enable to hit a set of agreed targets and tomaintain input activity to achieve performance indicators.? Problem solver with excellent attention to detail.? Confident engaging with all levels of management.? Solid communication skills, IT and business orientated.? A basic understanding of the sales process.? Knowledge of MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).? Basic proposition knowledge.Desired Attributes? Self-starter with ability to work in a fast paced environment.? Ability to retain composure, responding to situations calmly and effectively.? Can solve problems, work methodically when faced with problems or ambiguoussituations.? Ability to cope with conflicting demands and pressures.? Should be customer and results focused, with strong organisational skills.? Ability to work flexibly and have a positive approach to change.? Willingness to learn.
