Job Details

This role would require you to liaise with the business leaders and managers to introduce specific HR initiatives relevant to business and recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives. This includes maximizing people capability, providing change leadership, managing end to end employee lifecycle, supporting day-to-day operations as well as proactively engaging in process improvements.Understand the business requirements, identify the gaps and work on addressing them; work with various HR domains to drive discipline, change and best practicesDefine Company's approach in talent assessment - hiring and later (for decisions like promotion across all levels)Build HR Business Plan in line with strategy of the organizationBuilding Performance Oriented Culture; align HR strategy with business objectivesImplement corporate and local learning interventionsExpected to drive project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation responsible for all HR generalist activitiesBe the voice of business to suggest HR practices that support business objectives Audits and recommends updates to HR data and systems in respective portfolioIdeal CandidatePreferably an MBA (HR)Strong communication, interpersonal and execution skills.Ability to work in a fast paced environment and operate independently Ability to multi task with high quality outputSomeone who is high on creativity, enthusiasm and people connect Ability to start meaningful conversations and find solutions quickly and capability to drive things to closure
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
