Manage the engagement and delivery of UX services across multiple client projects.Participate in the collection and refinement of requirements from the client, in order to understand overall scope, the end-users, and their primary objectives with the application or tool; collect user requirements or input as needed.Provide the technical team with necessary UX deliverables and guidance to create clear navigation, compelling content, and appropriate task flows for the users of the solution.Iteratively co-design prototypes and solution with members of the project team; engage business stakeholders and end-users in providing input as needed.Create and track staffing and growth plans for UX team members including submitting formal reviews and providing/suggesting additional training and career development activities.Travel to US (as needed) to work with client and provide expertise to other ZS teams. This individual will also have responsibility for raising awareness about the value of and methods for user-centered design, and thereby contributing to the growth of ZS and the BT function in India.In addition, the UX Lead will collaborate with the company s software development team to establish a shared understanding of the client user base as well as UX guidelines and re-usable assets (where appropriate).
