The primary focus of the Project Manager is the delivery of benefits by leading project team towards achieving predetermined goals and results in alignment with the organizations stated strategy. Provides project management expertise and leads key project work streams, working with the full project life cycle, following project Governance processes within agreed timescales to Time, Cost and QualityPerform and/or supervise the acquisition and analysis of data to identify business problems and opportunities. Identify, evaluate and ensure appropriate mitigating actions and plans are in place for all project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, escalating to CoE Head with suggested mitigating actions for implementation. Build and Manage relationships with project stakeholders up to a senior level to understand the context and impact of the project to the business line and ensure all stakeholders views are managed towards the best solution for all business areas impacted.Planning Create, implement, and delivery of operational plans aligned with the business plans and targets. Contribute ideas, innovations and insights based on operational and customer needs to the overall business plan, to ensure the right objectives and focus is set in that plan.Risk Management Identify and manage the risk, minimizing the outcome and escalating where appropriate. Ensure processes operate as designed. Key indicators in place to ensure reliable, predictable and stable environment. StakeholderManagement Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peer-level stakeholders across the business so that these contribute both to the effective operation of the business unit as well as the development of the unit business plan.Asset Liability management Interact and partner with the senior Treasury leadership, LOBs and other Corporate areas in order to obtain, understand, analyze and draw conclusions with respect to potential liquidity risks and implications. SkillsCandidate must have expertise and proven experience on the following domains Risk Management in BankingTreasury, role and responsibility in BankingProfitability management in Banking, practice, system and solutionsAsset Liability management in BankingMarket Risk management and VaR4-6 years Project Management, Previous Experience as Project Manager advantageIn-depth knowledge and proven application of Project Management methodologies and full projectFamiliarity with process modeling, workshop facilitation and business analysisKnowledge of banking products and terminologyCompetent use of Microsoft Office applications to include Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, WordStrong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Ability to present information in a clear and concise mannerExperienced with leveraging information and technology to improve business operations and processesStakeholder expectation management and negotiation skills to achieve program objectiveExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at many levelsAgile Methodology experience a strong plus
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
