Job Description The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) provides direction and guidance to business partners to drive the best Information Technology (IT) solutions that meet the business needs. The position bridges the gap between business partners and technology solution providers internally and externally. The BRM will also work with their Business Partners to ensure that TCM (Transition Change Management) activities are well planned and resourced from both IT and the Business Unit.The BRM role is new to SMIT and requires highly talented individuals focusing on the following 1. Aggregating the needs/requirements of the global Sales & Marketing teams and ensuring they are comprehended by the Enterprise Solution teams based in core sites2. Mitigating multiple duplicate solutions being created across the world due to the insatiable local business demands. 3. Leading and Influencing across multiple Services, Portfolios and Segments in IT as well as SMIT to drive better insight and response to the global Sales & Marketing requirements & issues4. Working as OneIT role models to represent all of IT to Sales & Marketing and providing an escalation point of support for the local business during Major Incidents 5. Partnering with local representatives of Sales & Marketing to ensure the successful planning and implementation of Enterprise Solutions from IT6. Harnessing their relationships and business acumen to identify resource and/or carry out IT@Intel opportunities for the global Sales & Marketing teams 7. Assuming responsibility for local challenges around compliance and legislation and working across IT to address8. Able to balance Relationship building with challenging via a challenger mindset; sometime asserting control in working with the business
Degree: MBA/ PGDM | Ph.D. (Doctorate)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 4-9
