Responsible for? delivery of superior service experience to all YFB / mapped high value CA customers ? Responsible for managing face to face interactions with YFB / mapped walk-in customers at the lobby? To efficiently service & manage all the relationships in the portfolio and resolve queries/complaints within the defined TAT? Regulatory Follow-up with portfolio customers / internal departments (Pending Bill of entries, Export over-dues, overdue export advances etc.,)? To ensure value build up & revenue generation opportunities in mapped customer? To generate leads for Cross sell & Up sell ( through RTGS referrals / cheque referrals )? To on-board customers and cross sell DBC solutions to clients- welcome calling, support client engagement initiatives through the cycle of the client including birthday and anniversary greetings.? Responsible for Cheque/ RTGS referrals calling activity for portfolio customers to ensure transaction completion? Confirming Fx Rates to the customers? To providing assistance & advice to customers for using YBL products & services? To Investigate & solve customers problems? To Ensure timely and accurate processing of all customer requirements as per laid down operating procedures.? To Maintain high level of knowledge across business banking products and services offered especially Trade and FX, Cash Management Services; DBC channels, processes and procedures including RBI regulations? To Adhere to sales, service, documentation processes at all timesKey Skills? Working knowledge in Trade / Fx / Transaction banking regulations? Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills? Strong customer service & sales orientation? Ability to effectively engage with customers( face-to-face enquiries/complains from the customer). ? Ability to communicate and express ones viewpoint effectively in English and Vernacular language? High Emotional Intelligence- required to connect with and help customers; ability to think like and empathize with customers? Ability to provide highly personalized service to build long term relationships with customers? Ability to handle customer queries/objections/angst convincingly and professionally, thereby, instilling trust and confidence in the customers mind
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
