ResponsibilitiesSupport / Enhance SFDC/Oracle Apps Applications or business unit initiatives and projects which may include new functionality, process improvements or migrating new business units onto the systems - User Training of new functionality. Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.Follow a change management process to manage changes to the configurations andcustomizations. Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.Support reporting requirements and functionality. Prepare Functional solutions and specifications as well as to review technical Teams fordevelopment.Responsible for the Technical / Functional Testing. Work with on-site team in completing the day to day functional support activities.Offer support to other team members. Document the process consistently throughout the Support, Functional Testing, enhancementprocess.Maintain extensive documentation for all projects with relevant Viavi resources.Required QualificationsThe successful candidate should possess the following pre-requisites and skillsets Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related technical field experience.Ability to analyze, debug and provide solutions for the SFDC & Oracle Apps applications. Must have experience of translating business requirements into, preparing functionalspecifications, testing, and documenting of varying complexity following the predefinedstandards and best practices.5+ years of IT Experience with at least 3+ years worked in SFDC implementations and Supportas a systems or business analyst. Must have excellent technical understanding and experience of Service Contracts, ContractsBilling, CRM Foundation, Installed Base, RMA, TCA etc. functions.Must have expertise in Sales and Service, Quoting modules (in CRM), should have Market toSell, Service to Repair Process flow and RMA process flow hands-on knowledge. Knowledge of Oracle ERP CRM modules [Service Requests, CRM Quoting, Service Contacts,Installed Base, OM, Repair] is essential.Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle RDBMS10g, XML Publisher is desired. SFDC certifications 401 & 201 will be preferred, hands on experience in SFDC configurationsand Administration (Declarative - on Click) will be plus.Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver and ability to analyze and documentcomplex business processes. Must be a team player and be able to interact well with all users, peers and executivemanagement.
