(Carlson Wagonlit-Corporate)(Yatra-Corporate)(Go-ibibo/InterGlobe Technologies/Balmer Lawrie ETC)Carlson Wagonlit (CWT)- Job ResponsibilitiesYou delight the traveler/travel arrangerListen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstancesConnect with the caller to build trust and credibility even if the person is unknown.Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation.You build CWTs commercial valueSell products that are of commercial value to CWT and contribute to CWT s profitability.Remain current on value we provide to each customer.Adapt and change as requirements of the business change.Represent the CWT brand in how you work on a day-to-day basis.Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business.Build loyalty to CWT by ensuring consistency of service delivery around the globe in a way that compliments the unique travel policy of each client with interaction to make each traveler/travel arranger feel special.You strengthen the CWT brandIssue simple ticketsTroubleshootingMake seat assignments and request special mealsMake fare quotation and build fare shellFollow up visa processing for customersArrange non-air travel services such as rail/ferry/AEL ticketsHandle hotel bookings (including those are not bookable in GDS)Hotel car transferUrgent e-ticket link for amended reservationsPrepare car exchange order to car-hire company such as King sPrepare exchange order to visa vendorsTake voice message for Travel Consultant and the teamPrepare invoice for Kings car and visa vendorLiaise with Accounts for invoices sent to Accounts DepartmentImprint card for non-BSP ticket/car/visaTrace invoicesOffer assistance to team members whenever is requiredHelp team leaders to compile reports for submission to clientsHelp mentor staff in the team Negotiating rates for FIT and groups with suppliers.Position RequirementsExperience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service centerProven ability to create international travel arrangements including air, hotel and ground transportation (at least 80% of transactions will be multi-segment, multi-destination international itineraries)Understanding and expertise in international travel requirements, i.e. visas, passports and immunization requirements; excellent communication skills and follow through required to advise clients of those requirementsAbility to handle multi-cultural sometimes multi-lingual clientele English fluent written and verbalSuperior written and verbal communication skills (in person and on phone)Customer focused and service orientedProblem solverResults-drivenAdaptable and motivated to learnInfluence and diplomacyProficiency in technology to research options and to complete process requirementsAbility to use GDS for booking air/hotelCustomer facing skillsMinimum 1 year experience in client handlingGood communication skill over the phoneAble to work under pressureAttentive to detailsFluent spoken English and good communicative EnglishRegardsArhaan Khanhr@azaanservices.com9911912462/9871022302
