Responsibilities / Key Result AreasCreate and execute the channel strategy in line with business objectivesMotivate, train and manage the channel to deliver revenues and growthDesign and structure products, support materials and co laterals as required to help the channel to deliverWork closely with Business Units to ensure sales and reach Help set up base for growth including working on online systems, contracts and documentation and other aspects to ensure a strong and solid foundationDesired Candidate Profile5 10 years of in depth and hands on experience of Channel Sales/Management, Distribution, Partnership/Alliances. Travel industry and hospitality will be given a preference.In depth Knowledge of the travel trade, who are key players, how it works, what are the commission structures and incentives etc. are critical for success of this job.Graduate or Diploma from good catering/hospitality/ tourism colleges. MBA or Tourism diploma will be given a preference
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)

Experience: 5-10
