Working as part of the APAC Campus Recruiting team with manager based in IndiaRecruiting high quality graduates and interns to Pune and Mumbai offices across functionsManaging end to end recruitment process which includes but not limited to uploading job descriptions, producing resume books following CV screening, scheduling interviews (unless this is determined by the campus placement cell), progressing candidates through the interview process with all relevant communications, producing offer letter, offering and selling positions, keeping candidates warm)Building strong relationships with external parties - careers services, faculty, student societies, marketing companies to deliver on our campus recruiting strategyBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers and internal university alumni and being the subject matter expert on all campus recruitment related topicsKeeping abreast of competitor activities through proactive research and attending employer forumsCreating and executing innovative marketing and event to attract quality applicants on and off campusWorking closely with regional and global recruitment and marketing teams to ensure there is a consistent global recruitment marketing and branding strategyManaging a recruitment and marketing/events budgetUpdating the Campus Recruitment Information system (applicant tracking system)Implementing new processes to ensure hiring managers receive a streamlined service alongside lateral recruitmentReporting on hiring information to senior managementPresenting on the campus recruitment strategy to hiring managers and stakeholdersPartnering with additional teams such as the onboarding and training departmentsProducing APAC recruiting reportsProducing high quality content for delivery on campus in APAC consistent with the global brand and regional marketing messageAttending necessary Governance,. Regional and Global Team meetingsThe opportunity to be part of a global teamAccess to training and development opportunitiesA broad range of deliverables from recruitment to marketing and eventsBuilding relationships and working closely with senior managementInitiating contact and developing relationships with universities and external stakeholdersThe opportunity to create and execute high profile marketing and events ideasYou Offer Minimum of 4 years working within a recruitment and/or marketing/events roleUndergraduate/Post graduate degreeFluent spoken and written English language skillsGood understanding of the India education landscape.Knowledge of various Indian campuses and their specializations i.e programs , courses , internship periodsStrong knowledge of the competitor activity on campus with regard to hiring strategy , compensation, and target schools.Knowledge of the local labour marketWell-developed interpersonal and presentation skillsAdvanced Powerpoint and Excel skillsExperience of establishing strong relationships with senior managementManagement experience desirableA proactive self-starter that can create and implement strategies with minimal guidanceIndependence and resourcefulness in cooperation with the company management and external clients Experience of managing a budget desirableHigh attention to detailsOutstanding organisational skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
