Objective of Job1. The Service Advisor has to establish and maintain a personal contact with the customer over the life cycle of his vehicle and keep the customer loyal to the brand 2. He provides the customer with the information and solutions on product and service to meet his needs and desires3. He translates professionally the customers complaints on to a job order which can be efficiently executed by the workshop with high quality. 4. He promotes actively the service products Effective communication with Service Manager, Foreman / Workshop Controller, Diagnostic technicians (in difficult cases), Parts Manager, Customer Care Officers.Communicative Relationships With whom? Objective? Customer1. Establishing, maintaining, and developing long term customer relationships (customer contact) 2. Determine customers needs and demands, examine complaints, and starting and sustaining the service process.3. Provide customer assistance with information and solutions. 4. Fully utilise existing market potentials in direct customer contact, i.e. actively selling services, and in this way pushing workshop utilisation.5. Ensuring individual customer satisfaction, creating loyal customers (customer satisfaction, customer retention) Certified Diagnosis Technician / Foreman1. Get support on difficult cases (e.g. technical explanation etc) Workshop Controller / Supervisor 2. Ensure delivery of vehicle after repair in time and in proper condition3. Make work processes run smoothly and customer-oriented Workshop manager 4. Ensure sustainable utilisation of workshop capacity5. Service marketing activities 6. Handle special customers complaint7. Route cause analysis of customer complaints Qualifications-8. Basics Graduate in any faculty or Diploma in engineering 9. Automotive experience with required interpersonal & Communication skills. Participation in the manufacturers trainings as well as external soft skill trainings.10. Experience (type of) Desirable to have customer service experience (automotive or non automotive BPOs). 11. Preferably automotive.
