Responsible for 1. Membership Development- register all Job seekers,students, companies, and institutes as members of Humancapital for free and premium plans.2. Career Counseling and Guidance Provide Career counseling for job seekers, Students to ensure they understand various career options and their suitability to select perfect occupation3. Placement Coordinationfor Job Seekers - Facilitate Placement for Job Seekers in coordination with employers4. Recruitment for corporate source and supply candidates from database to meet the corporate requirements5. Job fairs / Special recruitment events conduct events to facilitate jobs and humancapital brand building6. Institution Desk Operation - setup desks in colleges as tie up and operate once in week, performance Campus Support Activities - , Industrial visits, apprentice programs7. Corporate Relationship Management Maintain strong corporate relationships with Humancapital8. Training Course Management at Center conduct all types of training courses, including On Job Training Programs at Branch using class room, distance, e-learning options.9. Training course sales, admissions management get candidates registered by active promotion of courses and student counseling and take ownership for training revenues at the center. Enquiry Management10. Consultants and Trainers Appointment, Train The Trainer and coordination appoint consultants, trainers and conduct Train the trainer Program and coordinate with them for course deliveries.11. Center Administration and Reporting administer center as in charge and ensure smooth functioning of employment center12. Conference and Seminars Coordination conduct seminars and conferences in the location in tie up with colleges and corporate13. Entrepreneurship Development Programs - conduct entrepreneurship development activities14. Team Development and coordination - recruit suitable executives to carry out training and placement activities as demand increases, train them and develop them as good employees.15. Revenue and Work Performance Ownership generate revenues and profit at each employment center, and report the work and financial performance every day, week and month.16. Corporate Social Responsibility- carry out nonprofit works as defined by the company17. Record Management - Responsible to maintain records, reports on provided software and system.18. Perform Research - Responsible to carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.19. Team work and meetings - Responsible to attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties20. Brand Building- Responsible to build HumanCapital Brand as number one in HR Market21. Organizational contribution- Responsible to contribute to strong HumanCapital Organization Business and organizational development
