Responsible for driving the end to end innovation process for the category, managing and leading brand innovation projects from concept development to market launch by working effectively with a broad cross functional teamInterpret business data to develop fact-based recommendations that support achievement of sales objectivesProvide ongoing assessment and monitoring to determine the effectiveness of various business tactics, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of customers, Consumer Insights and various tools.Manage category review process to ensure distribution, shelving and pricing objectives are achievedConduct market and feasibility studies for new products by working closely with Sales and ConsumersDevelop unique consumer insights for brand development by working closely with ConsumersCreating and executing Launch and Communication plans, co-ordinating with other departments on pre and post launch market support activities to ensure seamless launch of new productsDesired Candidate ProfileMBA with 5 to 9 years of experience in Category Management / Retail managementExcellent analyzer of business trends to develop business growth strategyStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data, determine limitations of the source data, and recommend actions based on the analysis required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Advanced PC skills required, including Excel, Word, Database applications, and PowerPoint.Ability to maintain positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively with customers; management and peers
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
