Handling the Categories P&L managementCreate an assortment of products which is in line with the company's Sales and Margin Plan - Planning the brand assortment.Ensure the merchandise discoverability on the website is a delight for customers and works as a differentiator for usDrive the Fulfillment Team to strengthen the Annual/Half Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly BuyingWork with Analytic to derive and act upon valuable consumer insights to drive sales on the websiteImprovement of MarginsResponsible for the top line and bottom line for the all the categories.Keeping stocks in control / ample pipeline / request for refills.Liaison with merchandising team to ensure that business goals are aligned across functions.To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.Responsible for the Revenue growth of the website.Initiating activities like negotiations for pricing, propositions and margins for the products for Web, TV and other special promotions in order to get the best deal for the company.Desired Skills & ExperienceHas strong business acumen, should have entrepreneurial fire, from ideation to creation.Has worked with online/internet driven business.Has exposure to Indian e-commerce industry.Is creative when w.r.t the Seasonal Trends that can be offered to customersHas technical knowhow about the merchandise.Is a team worker and has willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.Ability to spot trends (new products, styles, brands) in the marketplace and in merchandise.
