The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading and representing Lladr brand business in India. The candidate will work closely with both the India team and the head office in Valencia to define and bring to market, compelling quality products, positions and strategies to be successful. Working with the team leaders, he will be responsible for creating, proposing and executing Lladro s overall strategy and the definition of the main aspects required for the brands expansion in the Indian market.The successful candidate must be experienced, self confident and self driven, with a results oriented approach and with a clear dedication on leading and developing a team of direct reports alongside with the network of influentials, HNWI, media and partners to grow the brand. A proven track record as a General Manager is essential, along with the ability to manage a full P&L. Being able to build successful relationships with large Corporate business (big corporations as clients) and also and specially with the Indian High Net Worth Individuals, this requisite will definitely be a must; Strong interpersonal skills, great analytical capabilities and the ability to understand the complexity and the cultural environment of working in India is critical to achieve success as a leader in this role. He should be able to work with a small team in an entrepreneurial way, energizing and developing the team.Requirements University Graduate of Business Management, Marketing or equivalent. An MBA would be a plus.A seasoned professional with years of experience with brands, retail and wholesale for premium consumer products. We do not want a generalist or a financial-accounting background for the position. Proven track record in Sales and Marketing.Leadership and management experience of an organization. Planning, analytical and decision making skills.Preferable with a work experience in multi-national companies or Joint ventures. We do not have any preference in terms of gender of the person, as far as it is not a cultural problem for the role and tasks.We prefer -although it could be overcome if we find the right person-, that she or he comes from a luxury or service related industry (brand experience). Areas of recent experience will be mostly on luxury hard goods, like Jewelry AccessoriesWatches Home Decoration & DesignFurniture Cosmetics & FragranceDesignerwear Leather GoodsFlatware and Silverware
